I’m Dr. Michelle Fischthal — a coach, consultant, and higher education leader who helps people and organizations move from uncertainty to clarity. Through reflective coaching and collaborative consulting, I create supportive spaces to gain perspective, uncover insight, and move forward with confidence.
My approach integrates the emotional intelligence principles of Teleos coaching, the self-awareness practices of Gestalt theory, and the reflective inquiry of ICF-aligned methodology.
Together, they create a process that meets people and organizations where they are — addressing not only goals but the patterns and perspectives that shape them.
In both coaching and consulting, I combine curiosity, structure, and empathy to create awareness, clarity, and alignment. It’s about helping individuals and teams see the whole system, make intentional choices, and move forward with confidence and purpose.
I believe clarity begins with curiosity — the simple act of pausing, listening, and seeing in new ways.
My work creates space for people and organizations to reflect, realign, and move forward with purpose and intention.
Through both coaching and consulting, I help clients find the balance between awareness and action, reflection and momentum.
Sometimes progress comes not from pushing harder, but from slowing down enough to see the whole picture and allowing new possibilities to emerge.
