Drawing on Teleos-informed coaching, Gestalt practices, and ICF-aligned methodology, I partner with individuals and organizations to explore not only goals, but the patterns and perspectives that shape them. In both coaching and consulting, I combine curiosity, structure, and empathy to support awareness and clarity.

I believe clarity begins with curiosity—the simple act of pausing, listening, and seeing in new ways. My work creates space to reflect, realign, and balance awareness with action. Sometimes progress comes not from pushing harder, but from slowing down enough to see the whole picture and allow new possibilities to emerge.
